Dinner menus are customized based on your budget, location and type of event. 

Catering to your location or ours.  We offer plated meals, buffets or hors d' oeuvre parties.

Here are a couple samples of our recent caterings.

Dinner Party:  (with locational dining)

  • Appetizers - individual caesar salads, bacon wrapped apricots, edamame and lemongrass hummus with lawash, chicken vesuvio, baked camembert with bread, salmon with javanese sauce, cheese board with crackers.
  • Location 1 - suckling pig, roasted goose, prime rib beef, forest chicken.
  • Location 2 - Fig pudding, lemon asparagus, italian potato salad with rosemary and capers.
  • Location 3 - Grand Marnier tuffles, bleu cheesecake, rum cake, coffee almond cake, chocolate pecan tart, strawberry rhubarb tart.

Classic Buffet: (choice of one potato, one vegetable and two entrees.  Served with mixed green salad with choice of two dressings and sourdough bread)

  • Vegetable choices:  Chef's selection of fresh, seasonal vegetables; homemade creamed corn with smoked bacon and scallions; homemade green bean casserole; organic baby carrots with honey butter or vegetable ratatouille.
  • Potato choices:  Wild rice pilaf; roasted garlic and basil mashed potatoes or roasted redskin potatoes with curry and caramelized onions.
  • Entree choices:  Roasted vegetable lasagna; penne pasta with basil, wild mushrooms and chicken; apple cider pork loin; chicken breast saltimbocca; lemon tarragon chicken breast; parmesan chicken; braised steak bordelaise; wild line-caught salmon; old fashioned yankee pot roast; garden penne pasta with roasted garlic cream sauce; pork scallopinis with honey mustard sauce; chicken breast saute with roasted vegetables and provolone cheese.
